Woody Paige, one of the babbling, slobbering, rabble of talking heads on ESPN, is quoted as saying on the dispensable “1st & 10″ today that the Green Bay Packers would be the most likely team to sign wayward wide receiver Terrell Owens once he is officially cut from the Eagles come March. His logic? That bringing in Owens would give Brett Favre additional reason to come back for another season once they hire Steve Mariucci as head coach. Mooch, T.O., and Favre together in Green Bay? Sweet Jebus, Woody, shouldn’t someone put you in a home or something?

Update: Hemp-head Paige repeated his cockamamie theory later in the day on ESPN’s amazingly dull “Around The Horn,” only now he holds that Green Bay will actually make a trade for T.O. rather than wait and pick him up as a free agent. Christ!
