Things are not going Wisconsin’s way in the first half. Trailing 21-0 to Penn State with the Big 10 title on the line, coach Alvarez has some work to do shoring up both sides of the ball. John Stacco has thrown two interceptions, including one in the endzone that ended an otherwise terrific drive. Calhoun has only rushed for 39 yards on 12 carries. Meanwhile, Penn State’s QB has gashed the defense for 91 yards rushing. But there’s another half to go. On Wisconsin!

On the brighter side, ISU whupped up on K-State 45-17 to advance to 6-3 on the season. Looks like another bowl trip for the ‘Clones.
