I’ve not made it any secret that I’m desperate for Ted Thompson to bring in some additional talent to shore up our ailing defensive line. However, an arena football player was not what I had in mind. Rodney Allen, who played this past season for the Odessa Roughnecks, showed up today in Packers camp and impressed the Press-Gazette by beating Ryan Keegan in his one-on-one reps. (Holy cow!) For those of you not up on your Intense Football League players, here’s a highlight reel of Allen in action.

Okay, so this is kinda weak as far as roster moves, but even money says Allen stays on the roster longer than Scorpio Babers.
