Listening to the Packers game today on WTMJ there were a couple moments that made me burst out laughing at the expense of the Purple People Posse.

During the pre-game lead in, Wayne Larrivee was going on about the uniforms as he always does and saying how great it was to see two teams playing with classic colors as opposed to the pastels of some of the newer teams. Then he paused and said, “Or the Vikings, who have completely screwed up those uniforms.” Classic.

Later during the post-game show, a nice lady called in from Minnesota and she was tickled pink that Green Bay had won the game. But she was just as thrilled to report that she had just tuned in to the Vikings-Lions game to see Robert Ferguson drop a deep pass from Tavaris Jackson. Great stuff.

By the way, the Lavender Love Parade lost today 20-17 in overtime at Detroit in a game that featured 10 turnovers by both both teams.
