Generally I’m all about new technology and things like that, but I’m still a little dubious when it comes to podcasts. I know there are some good ones out there, but so many of them are just for crap, either in production value or content. So it took me a while to get around to actually listening to the Packer Transplants podcast from the guys at Cheesehead TV, but I’m glad that I did.

If you like listening to a couple guys talking about the Packers, how great the Packers are, and what they think of the Packers, then this is definitely a podcast you should be listening to. Aaron and Corey are Packer fans from the heartland who live in New York and they have put together one of the better sports shows I have heard. The production level is very good — they even include soundbites from the radio and press conferences — as is the level of analysis and commentary. It’s also very entertaining for fans of the Green & Gold.

I’m sure they don’t need me blowing air up their arse for listeners, but if you haven’t tried it out and you have 19 minutes of free time (who doesn’t, really) you should check it out. The podcast is available at their Web site or through iTunes.

Well played, Cheeseheads, well played.
