Did Mark Murphy really make an offer of $20 million to Brett Favre to keep him retired? I have yet to see anything citing sources beyond the original WTMJ report, but on the other hand the Packers have not come out and denied the report. Either way, the news has marshalled the pro-Favre forces to launch new webs sites and petitions to try and force the issue of restoring the quarterback to his starting position in Green Bay.
