Well, it was not a good showing yesterday for the Badgers. Penn State did a good job of hemming in the running game and forcing Wisconsin to become a passing offense, which they are not. Pretty damn depressing. But, with two games to go in the season, the Badgers are not mathematically eliminated from at least sharing in the Big 10 title.

On a brighter note, in this household at least, the ISU Cyclones put on a great performance yesterday, routing Kansas State 45-17 to advance their record to 6-3 overall (3-3- in the Big 12). That puts Iowa State in the bowl picture for the fifth time in six years and second in the North Division behind Colorado, the team they host next week. If the ‘Clones can keep it up, there exists the real possibility of a share of the division title and maybe a conference championship appearance. It could happen!
