More Hot Water for Carroll » Brats & Beer

As if drawing 11 penalties in nine games isn’t bad enough, Ahmad Carroll is now looking at a possible fine from coach Sherman for his conduct during Green Bay’s 33-25 victory over the Falcons. I missed this in the highlights, but after stripping the ball from Roddy White in the final quarter, the young corner stood at the sideline and “taunted” the Atlanta bench by staring at them. OK, seems kinda funny and wrong at the same time. On the one hand, I’m sure he was taking some abuse himself from that sideline and probably thought he was just giving as well he was getting, but yeah, he shouldn’t have done it. I would rather see a little more emphasis on not committing interference and holding penalties, though. Isn’t there way to fine someone for that?
