Happy St. Patrick’s Day, one of my personal favorite holidays. What better way to spend a day than celebrating Irish beer, Irish Whiskey, and Irish music?

As much as I enjoy wearin’ the green and all, it is a bothersome and annoying all the green beer silliness that goes on. Do you really think the Irish ever drink beer that is colored green? No, they drink beer that is black as coal, rich in flavor and heavy as a home-cooked meal, not that Bud Light with food coloring. But to each his own, I guess.
