The latest issue of Esquire magazine has a section on sandwiches featuring their picks for the best in the country. For me this is a little like a Playboy pictorial. (Sad but true.)

The leading contender for Most Worth the Risk of Heart Failure is this Italian breakfast sandwich created by Michael Symon, made with slices of sopressata, prosciutto, mozzarella, an egg, and red onion on sourdough bread.

Go ahead and drool, no one will criticize you.
