Favre’s New Golf Cart » Brats & Beer
At least we know that Brett Favre has something to do in his retirement, namely riding around in his new $9,000 golf cart.
The custom-built cart was built by Harris Golf Carts in Peosta, Iowa, and delivered by Scott Harris, who happens to be the cousin of Packers personnel analyst John Schneider. According to an article from the Quad Cities Times (reprinted on the Brett Favre web site), Harris compared the Favre estate to Augusta National: “There were no weeds anywhere, there were all these new trees . . . it was just unbelievable.”
Favre plans to use the cart for a year then auction it off with the proceeds going to his Fourward Foundation.
